Due to the high value and non-resalable nature of electrical goods, we follow a strict No Return After Delivery Acceptance policy.
Once goods are accepted at delivery:
Returns are not allowed.
Opened or installed items cannot be returned.
Used electrical items are strictly non-returnable.
Returns will only be considered if:
Physical damage is reported at time of delivery, OR
Wrong product is delivered by our company.
Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
If return is approved:
Customer must arrange return shipment themselves.
Return shipping cost must be borne by customer.
Product must be securely packed.
We do not provide pickup service for returned goods.
Customer is fully responsible for safe transportation until the product reaches our warehouse.
After receiving the product:
Physical inspection will be conducted.
Serial numbers will be verified.
Condition will be checked.
If product is:
β In original, unused condition β Refund/Cancellation processed.
β Used, damaged, installed, or tampered β Return rejected and product sent back at customerβs cost.
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Installed products
Custom-made panels
Cut wires and cables
Special-order items
Bulk/commercial orders
Clearance/discounted items
We do not accept returns for:
Product not working after installation
Technical malfunction
Compatibility issues
Performance dissatisfaction
All such issues must be handled directly with the respective brand under manufacturer warranty terms.
