At mittal electrical store, we supply high-value electrical, industrial, and technical products including but not limited to wiring materials, circuit breakers, panels, switches, lighting systems, tools, and related accessories.

Due to the high cost, safety-sensitive nature, and technical specifications of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


2. No Refund After Acceptance of Delivery

Once the product is delivered and accepted (signed/received) by the customer or their representative:

  • The product is considered inspected and verified.

  • The order is considered complete and satisfactory.

  • No refund request will be accepted.

Customers must inspect the goods at the time of delivery for:

  • Physical damage

  • Quantity mismatch

  • Wrong product

  • Tampered packaging

Failure to report issues at the time of delivery makes the order non-refundable.


3. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

A. Physical Damage at Delivery (Reported Immediately)

  • Damage must be reported to delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

  • Customer must refuse delivery or note damage on delivery receipt.

  • Photo/video proof must be shared within 24 hours.

B. Wrong Product Delivered by Us

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Product must remain unused and in original packaging.

C. Out of Stock After Payment

If product becomes unavailable after payment, a full refund will be issued.


4. Technical Issues / Product Not Working

For any technical defect, performance issue, or product malfunction:

  • The respective brand/manufacturer is solely liable.

  • Warranty and service are provided by the brand’s authorized service center.

  • Customers must directly contact the brand service center for repair or replacement.

Our company acts only as a seller/distributor and is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal technical faults

  • Performance-related issues

  • Warranty claims

We may assist in providing contact details of the brand, but liability remains with the manufacturer.


5. Refund Processing

If refund is approved:

  • Processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Issued to original payment method only.

  • Shipping and transaction charges may be deducted.
